On amendments to certain Government decisions to simplify conformity assessment procedures
Added item 691 (essential oils, perfumery and cosmetics, HS 3301-3307) to the list of products subject to mandatory conformity assessment (Resolution No. 43). It also replaced state registration of high-risk products with declarations and moved declaration records to the technical regulation information system.
