Centre: ISO 13485 certificates from bodies not accredited in Uzbekistan do not waive inspection

Under Cabinet Resolution No. 738 of 24.11.2025, a device manufacturer's site is inspected against O'z MSt ISO 13485:2025 at registration; only a valid certificate from a body accredited in Uzbekistan and entered in the state register waives it. The Centre noted that fees and the certificate form are set by Resolution No. 502 of 14.08.2024 and that a certification body may not also act as consultant.
