On introducing a system of state registration of medical and pharmaceutical workers

From 1 July 2027, medical and pharmaceutical workers are brought under state registration in stages, with a single electronic register. Until 2030 registration is voluntary, by exam or automatically with a qualification category, for 5 years. From 2030 work without registration is banned and qualification categories are abolished.
