On supplying the population with quality international-brand products and integrating domestic firms into global value chains
From 1 January 2023, international-brand goods imported under direct contracts with brand owners get reduced import duty via a register of importers. The list includes perfumes, cosmetics, hair, oral-care and shaving products (HS 3303-3307) at 5%.
